Our Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Maeven Beauty purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at jmarvul7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items cannot be returned once opened. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
